I've been taking two bottles (1am & 1pm) fairly consistently for about 4 months. I did start slow with only 1 bottle for about a month and now 2 / day. I've just started noticing my eyes don't look as tired and the biggest thing is my seasonal allergies are about 95% better!! Around Father's Day my allergies are usually so bad I have to be on antihistamines which says how bad they were because I really avoid pharm asap! I have been down the Functional Med avenue extensively and my allergies have gotten better but it wasn't until I started taking de-liver-ance for 3 or so months that I am seeing a huge difference.
